Tom Wallick  is a native of Southern California who began working commercially as a ceramic artist in the early 1970's while still in college. His pottery is inspired from viewing ancient ceramics and antiquities at museums as a youth. Tom specializes in crystalline glazes that are applied to porcelain. Tom is a prolific pottery artist and is in designer showrooms around the world. Toms main focus is his signature crystalline sinks, large cover jars and chargers.

Crystalline glazes are specially formulated with a high proportion of zinc, which encourages the growth of large crystals during the firing process. The uniqueness is created through a unpredictable nature of crystal growth. Each peace of crystalline pottery is a one-of-kind masterpiece. These creations are all microwave and oven safe to 500 F. Also safe in the dishwasher.

These days Tom Wallick is enjoying his mountain home studio in Lake Almanor California and travels around the country exhibiting his pottery in luxury show rooms turning client dreams into a reality.
